Cornwall Energy Recovery Ltd Niall Kelly Cornwall Energy Recovery Ltd Non-material amendment to planning permission
NR/06/00251/WAS dated 18th July 2006 for Proposed regularising of
planning status for existing site, with continued use as a household waste recycling
centre, with minor upgrading works to improve recycling, health and safety and
security. These measures include new gates, lighting, installing of CCTV,
drainage upgrades, repairs to warehouse cladding and removal of existing
reclamation sale activity namely to temporarily amend the approved operating hours
at Bodmin HWRC, Wheal Prosper, Lanivet for a period of five weeks to permit the
